1. Services & Orders
Foxhound Print provides commercial printing, graphic design, and branded merchandise services.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., in the case of technical errors or suspicion of fraudulent activity).

 

2. Artwork & Intellectual Property

• Customer Warranty: By submitting artwork to us, you warrant that you own the rights to that imagery or have explicit permission to use it. Foxhound Print assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-provided files.

• Design Ownership: Any designs created by Foxhound Print remain our intellectual property unless a formal transfer of copyright is agreed upon in writing.

 

3. Proofing & Accuracy (The "Check Twice" Clause)

• Final Approval: We provide digital or physical proofs for your review. It is the customer's responsibility to check for spelling, layout, and design errors.

• No Liability: Once a proof is approved by the customer (via email or our portal), Foxhound Print is not liable for errors present in the approved artwork.

• Color Matching: Due to variations in monitor calibrations and the nature of different print processes (CMYK vs. RGB), we cannot guarantee a 100% exact color match, though we strive for the highest industry standards

 

4. Payments & Billing

• All prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is required in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed upon for account-holding clients.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for custom quotes based on changes in materials or shipping costs.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

• Custom Goods: As our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, we do not offer refunds or returns for "change of mind" or customer-approved errors.

• Defects: If a product is physically defective or does not match the approved proof, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will, at our discretion, offer a reprint or a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery dates are estimates only. Foxhound Print is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs for international orders.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

 

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxhound Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

 

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of NSW.
